The number of elements of healthy food should be involved in our food properly. Otherwise, after the age of 30, we have to go to the doctor regularly.
Exercise of daily routine :-
Without exercise, our day should not be complete. And for the youth people, it should be compulsory so that they can manage their health for a long time without any diseases. Gym, yoga, dance, swimming, outdoor games there are many options for exercise. You can choose according to your time. It helps to keep our body healthy and control lots of issues like bolld pressure, heart problems, stomach problems etc. And if our stomach will be healthy our food will observe properly and then our body will gain more nutrition from food.
Thus, Bones are very important to stand our body if our bone will not strong then we will not be able to stand even. The age of 30, is the peak of born health after that bone density are getting down. To keep born healthy every human should get at least 30 mg of calcium in a day. And must do exercise every day.
